Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
